HOW IS IT COLLECTED?

Information is collected via a person to person meeting or through telephone and online via email.

The use of scanners for copies of ID.

Printers are used to create hard copies of data.

 

WHY IS IT BEING COLLECTED?

Your information is collected for various company requirements, such as to identify who we are working with, practice of equality at work, legal compliance, ability to contact, payments and medical attention. 

 

HOW WILL IT BE USED?

To identify who we or customers are working with, the following are collected:

  1. Your full name.
  2. Picture.

For the practice of equality at work the following are collected:

  1. Gender.
  2. Nationality.

For legal compliance such as legal working age, minimum living wage based on age, tax, right to work in the United Kingdom, the following are collected:

  1. Date of birth.
  2. Copy of national insurance number.
  3. Copy of British passport.
  4. Tax code and national insurance category.

For 10th Reach Global ltd to be able to contact you or in the event that a crime is committed, the following are collected:

  1. Home address.
  2. Copy of proof of home address in the form of latest bank statement or utility bill.
  3. Phone number.
  4. Personal email address.

For medical requirements, the following are collected:

  1. Medical attention (if applies to you).
  2. Disability (if applies to you).
  3. Next of kin full name and phone number.

To be paid for your work by 10th Reach Global Ltd, the following are collected:

  1. Bank details (includes; bank name, your name stated on your bank card or bank statement, account number and sort code).

 

WHO WILL IT BE SHARED WITH?

  1. Your full name, picture alongside your company ID will be available on your company Staff identity card when serving clients.
  2. Your gender, nationality, date of birth, copy of British passport, home address, copy of proof of home address in the form of latest bank statement or utility bill, phone number, personal email address, medical attention (if applies to you), disability (if applies to you), next of kin and bank details, will only be available to 10th Reach Global Ltd staff who have been appointed with data privacy clearance for operations such as paye, payroll, contract witness and management role. (In addition to John Nduwimana, the other appointed staff is department 1 manager Emmanuella Ifeoma Chinedu, email: emmanuella.10thinc@gmail.com, Company ID number: 1.1).
  3. Copy of national insurance number and tax code and national insurance category will be sent off to HMRC to determine how much tax you pay and pensions scheme.
  4. Data will never be sent to 3rd party companies or individuals not mentioned above with out your consent. 

 

WHAT WILL BE THE EFFECT OF THIS ON THE INDIVIDUALS CONCERNED?

Through consent to hold these information enables 10th Reach Global Ltd to go into agreement with the individuals concerned.

 

IS THE INTENDED USE LIKELY TO CAUSE INDIVIDUALS TO OBJECT OR COMPLAIN?

No, as all the information is confidential.

 

IS YOUR DATA SAFELY SECURED?

Yes, we have measures set in place to protecting your data; hard copies are store in a safe with key locks and combination passwords.

Computer copies have anti virus softwares on our devices, encrypted hard drives, login passwords and softwares to remotely wipe data if devices get lost.

 

DO YOU HAVE ACCESS TO THE DATA THAT WE HAVE ON YOU?

Yes, we have a process in place to send you all your information, this can be accessed via your personal email address you provided us (if you have changed your personal email or would like it to be sent to a different email address to the one we have, please notify John Nduwimana or Emmanuella I Chinedu), this will be emailed to you within one month at max free of charge.

 

PROCESS FOR DELETING DATA?

Yes, we have a process for deleting all your data, this will render 10th Reach Global Ltd to be unable to be in business with you regarding any role that you may have with us.

 

YOUR OPTIONS?

If you don't agree/ consent, you can't continue your role with 10th Reach Global Ltd.
